Development Fund
The Hong Kong Dance Company Development Fund is founded to support projects and activities that are not eligible for government funding. The Fund is managed and regulated by the Board Members of the Hong Kong Dance Company, non-Board members and representatives from the Home Affairs Bureau.
The Development Fund supports:
•Touring performances by the Hong Kong Dance Company (HKDC);
•Cultural exchange events organised by the HKDC;
•Activities included competitions, conferences, workshops, seminars, exhibitions, master classes and fundraising events;
•Vocation-transition support to HKDC dancers.
Student Ticket Fund
The Hong Kong Dance Company Student Ticket Fund aims to provide students a chance to take part in art events to cultivate future talent and continue our great cultural traditions. The funding will be spent on supporting children from underprivileged communities and low-income families to attend performances by the Hong Kong Dance Company. The Company will work with community organisations and social welfare institutions to provide complimentary tickets, giving these children an opportunity to enjoy high-quality, professional dance performances in person.
The Hong Kong Dance Company Development Fund and Student Ticket Fund need your support:
